Emily Wehbe received her Juris Doctorate degree from California Western School of Law in San Diego, CA in 1989, where she was the editor of the law school student newspaper, and was recognized as one of the Outstanding Young Women of America in 1988. Emily obtained her undergraduate Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Fordham University in New York in 1986.
Emily is a litigator with over 19 years experience in complex civil litigation including catastrophic injury cases, wrongful death and complex construction cases.
Emily's energetic and zealous trial skills have enabled her to achieve remarkable success in the courtroom. Emily is a keen negotiator and strategic thinker with seasoned judgment and significant experience in Alternative Dispute Resolution which has resulted in successfully settling hundreds of high exposure cases, avoiding multi million dollar verdicts and saving her clients over 100 million dollars.
Emily's multicultural background coupled with her ability to speak several languages fluently has gained her the reputation of the attorney to turn to where cultural backgrounds play a significant role in resolving disputes.
Emily has tried to verdict or judgment a large number of cases in both Orange and San Diego Counties. For the last five years, Emily has also served as a volunteer arbitrator with the Orange County Bar Association's fee dispute panel. As a certified mediator by the Strauss Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University, Emily was selected as a private mediator on a number of personal injury disputes, all of which resulted in settlements between the parties
